Have a rival CEO in mind? Search for him/her by their username. You can also slice and dice the competition by the Industry that you belong to (or the Industry that you do NOT belong to).

Earnings Wager

Confident in your company's ability to outperform the competition? Put your capital where your finger is! This wagers how much you will win or lose, depending on the results of the confrontation.

Challenge

You can also confront that CEO with your own company or the Fund you belong to.

Actions Available: Overtime or Fund Invite

Choosing any of the red options will Confront that CEO and the Results dashboard will appear. The red options are the decision to which Division of employees you approve Overtime to. Overtime forces employees to work longer hours, resulting in an extreme boom or bust of productivity for that division. The amount of Overtime bonus depends on your company's stock price. Whether this is positive or negative to your outcome highly depends on your company's morale at the time (the change in stock price).

Keep in mind that when confronting, even though you choose a division to assign overtime to, the winner is decided by the productivity results on all 3 division. So, in order to best your competitor, you must win at least 2 of the 3 division productivity metrics (KPIs, Boss).

Results Screen

This screen displays the results of your Confrontation. You can see the amount of productivity for each Division (who said performance cannot be measured equally?). You will also see the Bonus that the forced Overtime had on that respective Division. If your company has at least 2 divisions that are more productive than your competitor, you will be rewarded the Investment Capital that you wagered.
