Movie Review: Midnight Movie
The story is about a serial killer that made his own film and in the process of making it went whacko.  When one of the doctors tries to cure him by making him watch his film, the doctor and everyone in the nut ward gets axed.
So the film then opens at a local run down movie theater.  The film is playing there.  It's not long until the theater goers realize that there's a killer inthe theater hacking everyone up.  You can watch it if you want to know what happens.
The film was done really well for a indie flick.  It apparently did pretty well at some film festivals.  The gore was plentiful and the spooks were okay.  It was laced with the typical cliche, but aleast with some decent acting.  It did bring back the early 90's feel horror flick.  The only big complaint I have with the film is that it seems to be a slasher flick, then becomes a ghost/demon type of flick.  The serial killer seemed to be human at the start, then in the majority of the film, seemed to be a ghost.  Who cares, horror is horror right?

Underworld: Rise of the Lycans

This is a very great film.  Viewers of the first and second film knew what would happen in this film, but it was still told and shot great.  Bill Nighy is awesome in his role of Victor.  He clearly carries this series.  Rhona Mitra did a good job and I'm glad it wasn't Kate Beckinsale.  Because of the back story, Rhona and really meshed this story to the first Underworld.  With all the cheesy horror films out right now, take in this well done film.

Quarantine Movie

Here's the trailer for the upcoming horror flick QUARATINE coming out October 10th.

This looks like some scary gritty shit, just the way I like it.  The only thing that might be a killjoy is the shaking camera.  I can't stand documentary style filming, it's not an art, it's just nauseating. Finally, somthing to look forward to.
